💡 What Is the Family Future Fund?

The Family Future Fund is a $650,000+ endowment established by the Northeast Florida Baptist Association through the strategic sale of our former Yulee office property. This Kingdom investment is designed to fuel church planting, leadership development, church revitalization, and pastoral care across our region.

Rather than maintaining a building, we are reinvesting in the mission—ensuring that churches are equipped, leaders are raised, and communities are reached for generations to come.

🔍 Why It Matters

Northeast Florida is growing fast. Without planting new churches or revitalizing existing ones, our region could be statistically under-churched within the next decade.

Meanwhile, nearly 50% of Protestant pastors are over the age of 55. The window for developing new leaders, sending planters, and strengthening pastors is now.

This isn’t about preservation.
It’s about preparation.

🚀 What the Endowment Supports

Over the next 10 years, we anticipate reinvesting nearly $1 million in gospel work. Here’s how that will be distributed:

  • Helping start new congregations and reestablish struggling ones.

  • Raising up and equipping the next generation of pastors and ministry leaders.

  • Supporting churches facing transition, decline, or cultural shifts.

  • Providing rest, support, and resilience resources to pastors and their families.
