Classes meet Tuesday nights at 7 p.m. at the Callahan First Baptist Church gym, and run one to two hours. Each course ends with a practical evaluation to confirm readiness for the next phase.

How do I enroll?

Speak with your pastor or church leader for a recommendation. Pastors can submit applications on behalf of interested individuals.

Can I trust the teaching?

Yes. Each instructor is selected for adherence to biblical doctrine, real ministry experience, and alignment with the Baptist Faith and Message, so the teaching stays sound and practical.

Is this a seminary-level program?

No. The Ministry Pipeline is an introductory program that prepares participants for ministry service. It is a foundational framework for future growth, not a deep academic dive.

What if I miss a session?

Sessions build on each other, so attendance is strongly encouraged. Materials are made available to help participants catch up.

Take the next step in your calling.

  1. Talk to your pastor. Share your interest in ministry training and ask for a recommendation.
  2. Submit an application. Pastors can recommend candidates through our online form.
  3. Join us. Be ready to commit to Tuesday night sessions and give yourself to the work of preparation.
  4. Submit a covenant. Each participant signs the Ministry Pipeline Cohort Participant Covenant.
