🌱 A Fresh Start: Introducing the Replant & Revitalization Pathway

Kicking Off with the CALE Weekend – August 22–23, 2025 at Dunn’s Creek Baptist Church

Across our Family of Churches, we know that every congregation has a story — some are thriving, some are surviving, and some are quietly wondering, “What’s next?”

That’s why we’re launching the Replant & Revitalization Pathway — a relational and intentional process designed to walk alongside churches who are sensing the need for a fresh start, renewed focus, or reimagined future. This isn’t a program or a pre-packaged solution. It’s a Spirit-led journey, rooted in local church autonomy, built on relational trust, and fueled by a shared desire to see every church flourish in gospel faithfulness and fruitful mission.

🚪 Step One: The Congregational Assessment and Learning Experience (CALE)

To begin this journey, we’re inviting churches to participate in the CALE Weekend — a two-day experience that opens the door for prayerful reflection, honest assessment, and thoughtful conversations about your church’s future.

📍 Location: Dunn’s Creek Baptist Church, Jacksonville, FL
📅 Dates: Friday–Saturday, August 22–23, 2025
🕕 Friday Evening: 6:00–9:00 PM (Dinner served 6:00–6:30 PM)
🕘 Saturday: Focus Group Sessions (Times TBA)

CALE is not about judgment or criticism — it’s about clarity, hope, and next steps. Through guided assessments, small group conversations, and time with trusted leaders, your church will begin to uncover the spiritual, relational, and structural dynamics that may be shaping your current reality — and how to respond with courage and faith.

💬 Participation Details

To ensure this weekend is the right fit and set up for maximum impact, each participating church must first schedule a brief introductory conversation with:

📧 Chris Reinolds, Mission Strategist
Email: chris@familyofchurches.us

This conversation will provide background, answer questions, and prepare your leadership to fully engage the weekend experience.

🛠 What Happens After the Weekend?

CALE is just the first step in the Replant & Revitalization Pathway. After the weekend, churches will have the opportunity to continue forward with support tailored to their context. This may include:

  • Follow-up coaching sessions

  • Leadership roundtables

  • Prayer and planning retreats

  • Connection to resources, partnerships, and peer learning environments

Our goal is not to rush decisions or impose direction. Our heart is to walk with churches as they discern, define, and take faithful steps toward renewed life and impact.

🙏 Who Is This For?

This pathway is designed for churches that are:

  • Experiencing decline or stagnation

  • Wrestling with vision clarity or leadership transitions

  • Facing aging congregations or loss of missional momentum

  • Considering a fresh start through replanting

If your church is asking hard questions and longing for gospel fruitfulness in a new season — you’re not alone. We believe God is not done with your church, and we want to come alongside you as you listen for His next invitation.

🧭 Let’s Take the First Step — Together

Every revitalization story begins with a simple but courageous step: an honest look at where we are, and an open heart to where God may be leading.

We invite your church to join us on August 22–23 for a weekend that could mark the beginning of something beautiful — not flashy or fast, but faithful.

If you're ready to explore, reach out today to chris@familyofchurches.us. We’d love to listen, pray, and walk this road with you.
